Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or altered kurtis
  • Intimate wear (e.g., inner linings, underskirts)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Conditions for Returns

To initiate a return, you must provide:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must not be returned to the manufacturer; all returns must go through our support team or website.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items show signs of wear or washing.
  • Items are missing original packaging or tags.
  • Items are damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
  • Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery.

Additional Notes

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Refunds are only provided for sale items if they are damaged or defective.
  • Hygiene Products: Returns are not accepted for personal care accessories or used fabric masks.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product:

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

The time for exchanged products to reach you will vary depending on your location.

Trackable Shipping:

For valuable items, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service.
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for added security.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking option.
