Jaipur Ethnic uses third party shipping services to deliver the products, hence all the shipping rates and zones are subject to change on such companies' discretion. Our standard shipping time for international orders is 6 - 7 working days after dispatch. Shipping rates will be according to shipping zones and shipping weight of the products ordered. If the delivery address falls into remote location category, the customer will be informed about the extra charges applicable, before the order has been paid.
Jaipur Ethnic can process all international orders in INR only. We will provide a payment link in local currency through PayPal payments. The product prices can be seen in multiple currencies, by selecting the preferred currency from the top bar of the website. However, at the time of checkout the product prices and shipping rates will be displayed in INR. We accept international payments through PayPal in most major currencies. The order will be dispatched only after the payment has been completed.
Duties and Taxes
As on this day we do not charge any taxes on international orders. However, any duties or taxes levied by the receiving country shall be borne by the customer. Please consult with your local authorities for the details.
We make sure that each product is up to the mark. We are happy to deliver all our products to anywhere in the world, however, we strongly recommend that you read and understand all the product details and specifications thoroughly, especially for the products with size variations.
Returns would be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect in the product or receiving a different product than ordered. The customer must notify the company of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product, via email and with appropriate pictures where needed. In such case, the products will be picked up by Jaipur Ethnic and their shipping partners and the customer will be refunded for the full value plus respective shipping charge paid, of the returned product.
In case of non-delivery where the customer is not contactable through phone or email, or cancelling the order after dispatch the customer shall not be eligible for any refund.
